Singing telegrams last 5-15 minutes depending on the situation. Some offices discourage long work interruptions.
The chosen character sings about the event, (birthday, anniversary, etc...) and another song related to the character if applicable. He arrives with balloon animal creations and makes more for the celebrant and friends on the spot.
